The function of the Sales Executive role is to generate worldwide revenue streams through selling Aadmi’s services and product offerings to potential and current clients. Success in this role is based on the expansion of the prospect base as well as extending additional opportunities to current clients. As this is a sales position, compensation will include a base salary, plus commission.

  • Build, maintain and manage a sales pipeline to achieve individual revenue goals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all leads and customers
  • Work closely with marketing and leadership to understand service offerings to target prospect and client needs
  • Gain a deep understanding of the corporate international expansion, retraction, and compliance needs to best address prospect and client inquiries on available services
  • Independently and collaboratively strategize to solve prospect challenges
  • Provide consistent follow up and follow through with internal stakeholders
  • Engage cross-border with prospective clients from around the world, understanding cultural and communication differences to successfully engage in the sales process
  • Develop regular sales reports to provide updates and awareness on weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas
  • Lead generation and appointment scheduling to understand the needs and target appropriate services and solutions to potential customers

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience
  • Proven sales experience (ensure past sales metrics are clearly indicated on resume)
  • Computer skills in MS Office, MS OneNote, Google Workspace
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • CRM system/environment experience preferred or ability to adapt quickly
  • Excellent follow-up, communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Position requires a team player, positive proactive attitude and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Strong attention to detail
