An Administrative Specialist performs office support duties and provides specialized program support for our operation in Sweden, as well as for our clients.
Administrative Specialists perform a wide range of administrative and personal assistant duties including conducting research, preparing statistical reports and spreadsheets, preparing correspondence, reports and presentations, handling information requests, planning conferences and meetings, fulfilling employment administration requirements, making travel arrangements, and maintaining calendars and schedules. For our clients, this may also include:
- Placing online orders with merchants
- Using a proprietary online tool to do annotations of emails
- Handling returns of packages received
- General online tasks and research
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to work 15-25 hours a week. There is a physical address in Stockholm, however, most of the team is global, and remote. The successful individual will be fluent in both Swedish and English.
